The breakfast had many choices (a real highlight). The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the train station. The room included a spacious balcony with Matterhorn views.
The room was a bit small.

the staff was helpful with recommendations. they have a shuttle to take guests to the train station. the breakfast was amazing.
i found the bathroom very small. there was nowhere to put personal items. the towels on the rail fouled the shower door.

The staff sent a shuttle to take our luggage. This was helpful since i had tight plans.
I did not like the tiny bathroom, there was nowhere to put personal items in it. The towels touched the shower door on the rail. Some settings on the hairdryer did not work.
